Intake Intelligence Limited is the data controller for personal information collected through the Intake IQ website.

The enquiry form collects your name, role, university, email address and any optional message you provide. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and explore possible participation in the Intake IQ Collaborative.
We rely on legitimate interests: responding to genuine business enquiries and considering whether the Collaborative may be relevant to the institution concerned.
Who may receive the information
Access is limited to people authorised by Intake Intelligence Limited and to service providers used to operate the website, process form submissions and provide email services.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information will be kept only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting relationship and meet applicable legal or administrative requirements. The nature and status of the enquiry will determine the retention period.
Your rights
